Our ecotours welcome visitors to Ile aux Aigrettes to see some of our conservation work (see Ile aux Aigrettes in IN THE FIELD). All visitors are accompanied and are required to follow certain regulations in order to respect the conservation work being carried out. Visitors are guided by our ecotour rangers. When we have large groups of visitors and especially student groups it is helpful to have volunteers available to accompany and support the rangers to ensure that visitors enjoy their visit. Volunteers also assist when the group enters our shop where we sell items to support our fund-raising activities, or they may participate in other activities such as questionnaire administration.
